欲をいうと手前のコシアブラの胡麻和えのシャドウになってるところにレフ板で少し光を当てれば良かったと思います。そうすれば、皿の向こう側も白く飛ばなかったかも？・・・でも、これはこれで自然でいい感じです。

前菜はすべて美味しかったです
とくにこしあぶらは”室町”の冷酒に合っていて
冷酒のお代わりをするのに、相当我慢が必要でした

最近肩こりに悩んでいましたが、
それもだいぶ解消されました。
お風呂とそばがらの枕がよかったようです。

自宅のように寛いで、たいへん居心地のよく
すごさせていただきました。

見ても食べてもいい感じの前菜ですね。
一緒に美味しくお酒がいただけちゃいますね。
個人的に特にアケビの蔓とコシアブラの胡麻和えが気になります☆
